Scooter Transport

Scooter Transport has provided regular, professional, door-to-door local pick-up and delivery to and from Washington D.C. to dozens of scooter and motorcycle shops on the eastern seaboard since 1996. ScooterTransport also provides occasional door-to-door deliveries along the eastern seaboard. If you've bought a bike on Craig's List or eBay and need to get it hauled home, then please give us a ring.

If you need us to deliver your bike to a shop for repair please:

1. Call the appropriate shop and schedule your repair (make sure they are still servicing your brands* and have space to take your bike in). If we show up to drop your bike off and the shop doesn't have space for your vehicle then you will be charged twice (if this is an emergency or accident recovery pick-up we will ensure your bike is serviced).
2. Download, printout, and complete the appropriate service form so that we can hand the shop completed paperwork at drop-off.
   
3. with your intake date, address (inc. zip), phone, etc. Note most shops are closed Sunday & Monday.
4. Call us 866-477-2259 to confirm receipt of your email. Please follow steps 1-3 first.
5. Pay us when we come to pick up your bike (or deliver it to you as the case may be). Cash, check, VISA, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, and PayPal accepted.

Current rates (as of April 2008) are:

• Scheduled Delivery: $40 + $1.⁵⁰/mile + applicable tolls. Scheduled delivery means 24 hours notice, unless it is more convenient for us to do same-day pick up or if we have solicited the pick-up
• Immediate Unscheduled Delivery: $70 + $2/mile + applicable tolls
• Immediate Unscheduled Delivery during Evening Rush Hour (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-6pm): $85 + $3/mile + applicable tolls

Multi-bike and round trip discounts available. All major credit cards accepted.
